We've set the deadline for all team submissions on Sept. 21 but up to now not all teams have completely submitted the requirements.  Please see the Checklist we've made re your submissions and promptly email us back those that you have not submitted.

We will continually update this Checklist for your reference. 

SUMMARY OF REQUIRED FORMS (may be downloaded from this site.  See other Blog entries):

- Registration Forms - Part 1 - Player Details (submit 1 for every player on your team)

- Registration Form - Part 2 - Marker Details (submit 1 for the whole team) - not required for Divisions 3 & Corporate

- Team Confirmation Form (submit 1 for the whole team)

- Team Profile - a short write-up about your team (history and accomplishments).  This will be read during the Parade of Teams on Opening Day

- Hotel Bookings of Int'l Teams - hotel rooms booked, inclusive dates of reservation, people occupying each reserved room

- Flight Details of Int'l Teams - Arrival and Departure details of players, crew, and guests arriving with the team

- Names of Crew (2) and Guests to be issued IDs/Passes

Here attached is the Team Confirmation Form.  Please accomplish right away and send back to us so we can facilitate your accommodations straight away.

Also make sure that for all the teams that would want to join email us at pbpimp.pinoy@yahoo.com you TEAM PROFILE as soon as possible. The technical committee needs to screen the team profiles and the complete team roster in order to ensure that each team is in the correct division based on your profile.  Once team roster is in there will be no substitution allowed.

Both International and Local Teams would need to send us back the TEAM CONFIRMATION FORM by SEPT 21, 2007.  This will give the teachnical committee time to screen through the profiles as well as facilitate the game schedule. I know this wouldn't be much of a problem right guys?

Here is your checklist:

  1. Email the Complete List of Members on the Team Joining the Tournament (Team Roster) and your Team Profile (a short description of who the team is and how you got together)
  2. Email in the Registration Form, Team Player Info Form & Marker Form
  3. Fill out the Team Contact Details (found in the Team Confirmation Form)
  4. Fill-out the Accommodation Details (also found in the Team Confirmation Form)
  5. Email us the Flight Confirmation (e-ticket or scanned ticket) and Details
  6. Fill-out the Team Arrival Details, especially if the members are coming in separately (again this is in the Team Confirmation Form)
  7. Ask yourself…Are you seriously ready to be pimped?

Reservations must be in by Sept 12, 2007 so we can be assured of getting the hotel rates below.  

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:

We have already obtained good rates from the following hotels in Marikina and the nearby Ortigas Area but we are still currently working on lowering them even further.  We will be posting any changes to these rates as soon as we have received them.

Note:  Ortigas is a bustling commercial and leisure area.  These hotels are about 30 minutes away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and about 2 hours away from Clark International Airport .  Adjacent malls are Robinson’s Galleria, SM Megamall and The Podium.  There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance from these hotels.

Is your team planning to come over for PIMP 2007?
   

As of Aug 27, we revised the rates for The Linden Suites and The Legend Villas so please download this revised Team Invite.  Thanks everyone!

As of Aug 28, we have opted to just let you guys choose from a selection of food stuff that you can buy at the food stalls inside the Marikina Sports Complex instead of providing you guys with the packed lunches since many teams have informed us of their varied food preferences.  This way, everybody gets to eat what they want.
